This website is operated by North London Damp & Waterproofing. By using it you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

2. Our role

North London Damp & Waterproofing is a service brand that arranges damp, mould, waterproofing and timber surveys and treatment. Surveys and works are carried out by independent qualified providers, not by us. Any contract for survey or treatment work is between you and the provider who performs it. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for the provider's performance, although we vet the providers we work with and want to hear about any problems.

3. Information and pricing

Content on this site — including guides, tools and cost figures — is general information, not professional advice about your specific property. All prices shown are indicative ranges only, not quotations or estimates. The actual price for any work is set out by the provider after a survey. Interactive tool outputs are illustrative and do not constitute a survey, diagnosis or offer.

4. No substitute for professional inspection

Damp, mould and timber decay can indicate serious defects. Nothing on this site replaces a professional inspection of your property. If you suspect a structural problem, active water ingress or a health risk from mould, seek a professional assessment promptly.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website (text, design, tools, graphics) belongs to North London Damp & Waterproofing or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use; you may not reproduce content commercially without permission.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site — including submitting false enquiries, attempting to breach its security, or scraping content at scale.

7. Liability
